Meet Cindy

Being a yoga teacher has been the most rewarding thing Cindy has ever done in her life. She was in the United States Air Force, Air Reserves, and Air National Guard for a total of for 18 years and she was a college professor for 10 years. It’s the gift of yoga she shares with people along with her personal practice that fulfills Cindy in a way that she never expected.
