12/1 – 1/5/19 – Mindful Yoga for Anxiety & Depression – This 6-week program meets once a week to help give the tools necessary for adults to become able to handle life in a holistic way. We use yoga philosophy, EFT, meditation, and yoga to teach folks positive ways of dealing with today’s life problems.This is a 6-week course starting on 12/1 – 1/5. 1pm – 3pm
