1/12/19 – Reiki I Class – 12pm – 7pm – Reiki is a powerful yet gentle, easy to learn Japanese healing technique that is used to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as help with insomnia, depression, PTSD, and physical ailments, whether acute or chronic. After taking this class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and also give Reiki sessions to others, including your pets.
Class is for ages 18 and up.

You will explore the foundations of yoga in a fun, inspiring, comfortable and judgement free atmosphere. The format is open so students will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the class. Lots of hands on adjustments and modifications to meet your body’s need.
Within the class, there will be lessons on different types of breathing techniques which you can use off the mat and foundation poses (asanas) of yoga.
This is a great beginner class to help you feel confident in going to any yoga class.
