I started practicing yoga on a regular basis with Cindy over three years ago, prior to having her own business. She has always made her students feel welcome and confident. If she switched studios, my sister and I left and followed her. It was never about where we took yoga, but who was teaching it. I love that she has started her own yoga business. Her fun charismatic attitude always puts me in a good mood, not matter what I kind of a day I've had! She's challenging yet supportive and makes you feel as though you are the only one in the class with her personal attention. She takes the time to get to know each of her students, and helps each of us with whatever is ailing us that week. My yoga nights are my favorite nights of the week!

Cindy has been helping my mother recover from surgery that affected her nervous system and left her with stroke-like symptoms. Through Cindy's yoga therapy, my mother has been more flexible and we are seeing positive changes to not only her physical condition but her emotional state as well. Cindy's kind demeanor and encouraging ways have been a welcome for the entire family. Cindy has also introduced other ideas to help with mom's final leg of recovery. We are thankful for all of Cindy's dedication and love.

Cindy is an awesome yoga instructor! She knows when her students need modified poses and is always willing to make changes to accommodate their needs. She is patient, kind and just a wonderful person to be around. There is nothing but positive energy coming from Cindy! I love her classes and am blessed to call her friend. Cindy came to our home to help my husband who spent 7 weeks in the hospital recovering from Pneumonia and chemo treatments. He has more chemo ahead of him beginning next week (12.22). She knew just how much to push him to be helpful and when he had enough. I would encourage anyone who needs help recovering from cancer/chemo to contact Cindy.

I have been practicing yoga on and off for the past twelve years. I've tried everything from Ashtanga to Bikram (hot yoga) to Hatha and Vinyasa. Cindy incorporates all of the practices I've ever experienced into a wonderfully holistic and personal practice for me--in a studio of twenty students I feel like I'm her only student as she is patient and talks us through each and every pose. She is gifted not only with physical poses but in the spirituality yoga can offer, without being preachy or pushy. Cindy is my go-to for any guided meditation practice, as well. To have found this integrated yoga teacher in my local area is an incredible gift to me. My suggestion is to take yourself and your mat to Cindy's class as soon as you can!

Cindy is a fantastic yoga instructor who understands the need to modify for other body types, but doesn't accept excuses. She pushes you to do a little more each time and she lets you know when you're doing better than you were last time. I would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a motivational yoga instructor who is willing to push you to your fullest extent.

Cindy provides a positive environment and encouragement through the entire practice. She corrects moves to make sure that you get the most out of every practice yet does it in an encouraging helpful way. She tailors the practice to help you with individual needs even while in a group setting recognizing the importance of the individual. Highly recommend her to every ability and age.

I took Cindy's "Mindful Yoga for Teen Anxiety" teacher training at PCYH. Cindy is an excellent teacher and presented her material with enthusiasm and passion. Her life story, and the reasons why she came to be a yoga teacher are awe-inspiring. She teaches from a place of deep inner strength, with warmth, compassion and authenticity. My 15 year old daughter attended the training and was impressed with how relatable and "cool" Cindy is--it's not easy to impress a teenager! I was especially glad to see Cindy introduce EFT in conjunction with yoga and pranayama techniques--it is not familiar to many but is a very effective technique to relieve anxiety. Overall, I felt that I, and my daughter came away with great tools to use, resources to continue our studies, and future support if needed, to address teen anxiety issues.
