One in six teens has anxiety of some sorts. Teens have so much on them from achieving high grades, sports, social (social media, dating, etc.), to home life. This teacher training focuses on the 6-week program which will help give the tools necessary for you to teach teens with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and high functioning autism (Asperger’s) so they become able to handle things in a holistic way without the use of prescription medication. This is a 16-hour CE course through Yoga Alliance.
